DV8 Recruitment Professionals Ltd (DV8) is a multi-sector recruitment consultancy established in 2017.

Founded initially as a Retail, Sales and Events recruitment specialist, DV8 quickly built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality talent and trusted partnerships. In early 2019, the business expanded into Supply Chain and Operations, establishing a solid and respected presence within this sector.

During the challenges of the pandemic, DV8 remained active and adaptable, using this time to grow a strong IT network of clients and candidates. This led to the launch of our dedicated IT Talent Division, further strengthening our multi-sector recruitment offering. Today, DV8 continues to grow from strength to strength, delivering both retained and contingent recruitment solutions across all our specialist markets.

We are proud to currently support a diverse client base, including organisations within the FTSE 250, as well as high-growth start-ups at various stages of their journey—from early seed and pre-seed funding through to Series A and beyond. This breadth of experience allows us to tailor our recruitment approach to the unique demands of both established enterprises and scaling businesses.
